Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days.
Shipping cost
Flat rate £15 priority tracked. Free on orders over £200.
Packaging
Plain unbranded parcels with cold-chain protection where required. Every vial ships sealed with its matching COA.
Returns
Contact us within 7 days of receipt if a product arrives damaged or fails testing — we'll replace or refund. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety reasons.
